This film explores the relationship between the surrounding community and the existing water body. This landscape remains largely inactive and disconnected from everyday life despite its central location within the neighbourhood. Through observations and community perspectives, the film examines the contrast between the water body's seasonal periods of activity and its prolonged state of dormancy. Guided by the inquiry, "How can a community-led approach transform the water body from an isolated, seasonally active resource into an accessible and inclusive public space that supports everyday social, cultural, and ecological life?", the film seeks to understand the water body's current role and future potential. By foregrounding community experiences, it highlights opportunities for collective stewardship, public engagement, and ecological renewal. Ultimately, the film positions the water body not as a neglected edge condition, but as a shared resource capable of supporting a more connected and resilient public realm.
