AIRAA School
Bangalore | 60,000 sq ft
Designed in two phases, the AIRAA school building emerges from the contoured terrain to create unique terraces for every classroom. The 60,000 sq ft G+3 structure reflects the Montessori philosophy, with classrooms and mezzanine workspaces opening onto outdoor terraces and a naturally lit central atrium.
The central corridor, closely connected to the landscape, establishes visual links across levels and anchors generous shared spaces. Constructed with compressed stabilized earth blocks and exposed concrete, the building balances warmth and robustness, while a repeated façade module across the structural grid provides a cohesive architectural language.
Scope of Work: Masterplanning, classroom design, façade detailing, material strategy.
